Womengaged Breakfast
We’re excited to share the highlights of our first-ever breakfast gathering for the Womengaged community. It was a fruitful morning filled with valuable insights and great dialogues. During the event we wanted to ensure that every woman at Engage feels heard and supported in achieving her professional and personal goals. To kickstart the conversation, we asked the attendees a question: » What are your expectations from our women’s group? ». The responses were inspiring, ranging from mentorship opportunities and skill-building training to inviting inspirational speakers and career enlightenment. These insights will guide us as we plan future events and activities that align with our members’ aspirations.
To break the ice and encourage networking, we introduced a fun ice-breaker game. Participants formed small groups and shared stories about their personal and professional journeys. We have seen some connections forming, and it set the stage for open and meaningful discussions throughout the event.
