Women and men equality at work
Since the Professional Future Act of September 5, 2018, companies with at least 50 employees are required to measure the decrease of pay gaps between women and men (Articles L-1142-9 and L-1142-10) In addition, from 2020, every year, companies will have to measure their own situations with regard to a series of KPI’s from which it will emerge an overall score assessed on 100 points If the index is below 75 points, the company will have to implement corrective measures to achieve them. As such, I am glad to let you know that for the year 2019, SNC Engage has achieved a score of 86 out of 100 points. This result demonstrates the strong involvement of SNC Engage in reducing inequalities between women and men. Please keep in mind that every day we are working hard to reduce these gaps. Diversity and Equality between women and men is a core element for us, especially in our Engineering field.
